Yes, its quite ridulous and Ive got to see my dad tommorow by which time my nose will be an ugly scab. And my mouth is sore as well.

Cant be run down, taking the vit c everyday and getting out into the sunshine (en route to a supermarket) most days

We have at least another 6 months of winter, no idea how we are going to survive it :rotfl:
