Hi, should have introduced myself had trouble getting logged on here so admit to lurking for a little while but not that long...thought I was being helpful posting some threads but have not shown enough decorum, still a newbie in all areas concerned trying to lurk and learn from you lot and trying to get my head around whats going on and how to be able to input something of some use to everybody, so forgive me please for stepping on toes and seeming somewhat abrupt in my posts is is not my intention at all. Have been introduced to your pages by a close friend on FB who also on here and I thought I knew her name on here but can't find her to do that.

    Welcome to the mad house..:):):)

  • Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to thank you all for all the lovely advice and glitches we have had recently. I haven't actually saved any more because I have been buying goods but I now have enough to keep my shopping bill at a lower level. Note to self stop buying.
I also have 4 of the kleenex coupons which I am getting a envelope to put them in sent to me so thank you for that advice.
I don't know if anyone has tried the shine wipes I think they are terrible!!
I managed to get one packet.
Off on holiday this afternoon so wish you all well.

Use a no-blade knife (butter knife or the like so you dont cut yourself) and prise up from the side.
I just take a knife to the lid and force it open - you were unlucky - usually pops off with only minimal damage - I have done it several times on the same bottle.

I think I shall be leaving this in the capable hands of MrLala, but he won't need to do it for a while as I have quite a "few" refills;):o
Talking about refills though, I have the Molton Brown glass arc that holds the Molton Brown soap dispenser bottle and hand cream in my bathroom and the Molton Brown bottles regularly get filled with Bodyshop glitched stuff;);)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
  • Does anyone have the email for kleenex please :)

blunt knife under the cap, worked for me before. Someone mentioned it won't work more than once but i've only tried it once so can't confirm.

I too use a normal blunt table knife, I loosen the cap all the way around then give it a good levering from one side, then lever it off from the other if that doesn't work. I've done this twice on one bottle but I am yet to see if it surivives a third go, hth.
