When I went to asda I found a few of these. Scanned at 25p - none of the 50p ones there. No Chrome but then there wouldn't be - I had quite a few of those last night too - well what was left at 9pm:)

blunt knife under the cap, worked for me before. Someone mentioned it won't work more than once but i've only tried it once so can't confirm.

I just take a knife to the lid and force it open - you were unlucky - usually pops off with only minimal damage - I have done it several times on the same bottle.
