I think we should all pen a few words of praise for the high level of customer service we have received and maybe express how it has restored our faith in the brand.

That lady deserves recognition for the excellent way in which she has dealt with the flash mob recently. :T
Off to send an email of praise to her H/O, write on FB wall etc. She definitely needs to be employee of the months and if they do not have that, they need to start it. Pronto. Fab lady.

Shall we wait until we get our vouchers? She many be dragged into her managers office and ordered to cancel the vouchers :rotfl:On a serious note, good idea :)

Argh! Just typed long post then accidentally deleted it  About sums up my day so far.

Bloods taken this morning but have to wait up to 2 weeks for results as have to be sent to special lab. Back to the waiting game :(

Got to not so local Ts, went to get buggy out of boot and not there. It got left in OHs car this morning. So had to put baby Harry in a baby seat on a trolley rather than just clipping his car seat on the pram. Of course, he then woke up and cried his way around the shop. Ended up carrying him, pushing trolley and trying to shop and get right coupons out. Should have been better organised before I went out :rotfl:

Did manage to get more Lenor, Ariel stain remover, nutrigrain biscuits and some reduced baby clothes though.
Also bought DS1 5 pack of pirate themed pants in preparation for potty training. Were marked up at £3 but went through till at £1.50. Not 4p but may be of some use to someone, b/c ending 1068.

No Ariel till spit for me. Did get till spits for money off Pampers nappies and wipes though so maybe related to purchase history of clubcard?

OH was home for lunch so got pushchair and thought I might have another little walk to local shops later. However now my keys have disappeared  Have suspicion OH has picked them up by mistake and his phone battery is flat so can't even check! So looks like i'm stuck in all afternoon now.

Lets hope the day improves. Supposed to be getting a new (to us) car this evening so really hope nothing goes wrong with that

Sorry for all the moaning :o
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥

Jerryjerryjerry, sorry but I've tweaked your[strike] original [/strike]deleted post so that it's more readable above

You're entitled to that opinion (use whatever MOC you can or whatever product you can) as I am mine (use the MOC for the product intended)

You think I am bending the rules by printing out a MOC from Ts online version of their own magazine and using it against the advertised product?

Well that's no longer an issue because I have since found the mags

It's not a question of having the guts to do it or being uncomfrable, I think it will see MOCs acceptance curtailed. People will do what they want though. APG glitch taught us that

All very well. but you contradict yourself... This line of you's....

@Yup. They tend not to scan but SA has always put them through for me@

So... its ok if it works for you... but when others are doing stuff that works for them... you have to have a little say. Just saying...
