We spent 4 weeks in Iceland a few yeas ago and heartily recommend it!
We toured all the way around the island camping and had several trips into the interior. Places you must go:

Myvatn nature baths - so much better than the blue lagoon, which is just runoff from the power plant. Myvatn baths are proper "just coming out of the ground hot springs" water. When we went, in July it snowed a bit while we were swimming which was great.
Askja, a crater in the interior filled with bluey coloured water, which was a bit too cold to swim in, but you can swim in the crater next to it.
Climb a glacier, loads to choose from. We went snowmobiling on Vatnajokull, great fun.
Jokulsarlon, the mini iceberg filled lake, just West of Vatnajokull. They filmed scenes from tomb Raider and James Bond there. Take a boat trip around the icebergs, which is a bit touristy but fun.(just west of here there is an unsignposted lake, but you'll see it on your map, which is a bit less grand than Jokullsarlon, but you can see the icebergs too, and if you are lucky an iceberg being calved from the glacier).

There's loads of touristy things around Reykjavik like waterfalls and the Thingvellir national park. I'm happy to give ideas if you let me know what sort of stuff you want to do.

You've made me want to visit. Lovely post MrsB. Thank you.:T:T

Our local B&Q reduces the boxes of plants to 10p. I bought a few boxes of 'Pinks' a few years ago and they come up each year. Usually all that is wrong with them is that they have not been watered enough.

I can second that, ours are in a tub. After they finished flowering this year oh snipped off dead flower heads and they are flowering away again, have been for weeks.

    Good Morning everyone

While in Tesco last night checking out the reductions, my daughter was getting bored so I suggested she went to scan some clothes to see if she could find anything cheap :p she only came back with a lovely pair of leggings , priced at £5 but scanned at £2  :T they are black patterned, age 10 to 11 years. These weren't in the sale, just with all the normal priced clothing barcode 772093 :) not 4p but it may help someone :D

    Morning all.
Up early for a change. DS coming home for a 24 hour visit today so need to tidy up. My landing looks like Asda and Tesco. Must call him and tell him to bring and empty holdall and I can send him back with some goodies. His Fiance worked for a Marketing company and her client was Lindt so I have a large box of assorted chocs coming with him.
Going to do a family roast with a £3.00 whoopsied joint of beef this evening.
Pouring with rain here and has been all night
