Thank you for that. I really needed to hear it.. as apart from all this glitching, I haven't had much luck today. I drove all the way to work (one hour 30 min drive) this morning only to find they no longer needed me. It was only a temp job but was meant to be for 9 months (maternity leave). They had apparently told the agency on friday who forgot to tell me. When I came home and told the agency, they said sorry and they'd find me something else. I asked if it was anything to do with the quality of my work and they said, not at all.. Oh and they have offered to pay me for half a day's work as its due to me.. as compensation which was nice. I would rather have a job though.

However..... I did make the most of my time free today.. didn't I?

I've never had so many thanks for one post. I think Kimberley Clarke are fantastic. They've been so amazing.. Answered that call after 2 rings as well! So glad so many have benefited from something little old me did. Feels good.

I think it has helped to soften the blow of what happened with work this morning.

    Sorry for drivelling on.

Awww jjj, sorry to hear that. No way to be treated at all.keep yer chin up, and stay off the carbs!!!

Anyone been to Iceland, would be interested to here what it's like ? Thinking of a trip there with family. Like the sound of the hot pools and northern lights x

Are you a mum, cause mums go to Iceland, I can't stand it though I did buy 2 cases of Zinfandel when they had £10 off and they delivered it:rotfl::rotfl:

I think it's a timely point to remind people, and let any newcomers know that asking for, or offering coupons, codes or pdf vouchers by PM, email or snail mail is not permitted on MSE.

Some recent posts have been removed as they were against this rule.

    Thanks :)

Can someone tell me what snail mail is please.

I'm off to bed now, happy in the knowledge that I was able to give a little something back to someone else

I reckon those 2 ladies are probably still scanning :rotfl:
