I'd love to see the northern lights, but I don't do public transport so would need to drive there :D
Think that would take a while :rotfl: x
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

  • Hi.. i'm around, but only tend to post when I've got something of use to say. However, if its drivel you want, i've got plenty of that too.... :)

Start of Drivel: Yesterday, I cleaned the house from top to bottom with my free ciff, my free Mr sheen and my free dettol. House is looking superb. I eat a low carb diet, but my husband has been enjoying the free rice puddings and the free porridge. This thread has been very good to me, and I will always share any information I have, however, I am not that bright (as Lowcar found out), when I was badgering him for more info.. which he very kindly gave. But.. I do have one snippet for anybody that likes Molton Brown stuff... There is a voucher for 10.00 off in Marie Claire magazine. I think the cheapest thing there is #15.00 though, so not a great bargain, but handy for a christmas present for someone special. They will think you've paid 15.00 instead of 5. I would never buy Molton Brown stuff, far too decadent.

My face is soo clean after using all those free wipes and my body is very soft from all the baby oil i've accumulated free... thanks to you all.

P.s. Just been down to MIL's and given her some loo rolls.. she was really grateful and gave me some parsley she's been growing..

oh and mine's a vodka and bitter lemon.. large please.

Have you tried b&q ? My local had loads of trays with some "poorly" looking ones in reduced to between £1.50-£2.50 for a tray of 20ish plants. I usually get them like that and after a couple of days of watering and a little miracle gro most can usually be saved.

If not most car boots have someone selling plants mch cheaper than garden centres

    HTH

Will try that - do you remember we ad a one night only glitch on petunias in Tesco - they were fantastic quality - kept my front door area looking respectable all summer.

evening, popped to mr t's today, used lenor and stain remover coupon, no probs. should have got more nutrigrain yesterday, but never mind. have introdused a good friend, who struggles financially, to the world of coupons :D shes well chuffed. the only thing is she doesnt drive and her oh doesnt "do" coupons  so as a friend should, i have offered to take her to mr T's on my day off so she can get her goodies ;) poor girl recently had to report her neighbours to her housing officer, as they threw either dog or human poo into her garden, onto her daughters slide  disgusting !!
You are a god friend :) My hubby doesn't do coupons or so he says but he rang me earlier from work(he works away)asking me to google the nearest T so he could use some Kleenex ones :rotfl:
