  • ***Update on those Kleenex shine vouchers****

I phoned Kimberley-Clark Ltd on 0800 626 008 and pressed 2 for Andrex. A very nice french sounding lady answered within 2 rings.. Fab!

She asked for my name and postcode and how many vouchers I had. I told her 10. She said that they are very sorry about this, and are aware of the problem.

    She gave me two options:

    1. She will send me a pre-paid envelope and I will post off all my coupons to them and they will in return send me coupons to the exact value (2.99 each) for ANY product in the Kleenex range to be able to purchase from ANY store, including Superdrug, asda etc. Gets better.. valid for SIX months!

So, i'm going to hold on to my coupons and send them all to her! RESULT!

    Fab! What's the second option?
  • Sorry I forgot to add to my previous post, Option 2 was if I still wanted the blotting sheets, I could wait a bit and Tesco will be stocking them VERY soon.

Er... thanks, but no thanks. They may be useful to some, but I cant find any use for them, except for perhaps rolling tobacco! Will try later.
  • Good afternoon everyone :)

Had a rotten past few days with the kids having chest infections one after other and now I've got it (Biscuitmad I totally sympathise with you).

Just catching up with what I've missed but did manage to send OH for quite a few Andrex/wipes etc over weekend so have a little stash, not as much as I'd have liked mind you but what can you do when they pull the plug. So big thanks to OP on that one (did thank their post already) but can never show enough gratitude on glitch finding!

I've now got a good pile of coupons for all sorts of goodies but still to work out best way to use them. Also got a Reloaded coupon emailed through FB and wonder if someone can tell me best way to redeem it, do you do a comparison shop with it or just get them as a freebie? Head's busted :rotfl:

Glad the cove is blue and congrats QoC on OH's new job!

Just got back from t's and whilst up there I thought I would try the kleenex. My local store have not got any of the shine ones so I tried the eye and facial ones. The till split scanned fine on both items. No need for any override. The only difference from the other day was that instead of taking off £2.99, they took off £1.49, which is what they cost. They are also still giving out a till split for every one you buy.

Glad to hear it's working now! My store needed authorisation on ss for every one used on Saturday, so will probably still depend on SA for me.Does the new till spit say 1.49 or 2.99 on it?

Morning all from a muggy South Devon
It's another day stuck at home for me. I've been really dizzy and have had a chronic migraine since driving down to Plymouth on Friday.
I always find this, that whenever I have a full day out anywhere, it really affects my Menieres and I pay for it for several days after :(

It's either a case of staying in and never doing anything, or go for it on a better day and live with the repercussions.
I had two years of doing the former, then decided it was no way to live ;)

So, no big glitches today please unless they are online :rotfl:

Congratulations to Misery Guts and a big welcome to all of the newcomers :T
Hope the meet up with the Lalas, Dodo and Tinyshoes is fab :T:T
I used to be like that! I put it down to excitement lol of whatever joy my day out held for me. Because it was always when i was having a nice day out IYSWIM, not a day at the dentist or whatever. I had it for 3 years or so and now don't seem to get it.
    Hope you feel better soon:(

Please do you have a barcode for the "eye and facial" ones, are these the pink ones?

I am quite tempted to go and have a look for these now.

New till split is for £2.99 off but when it scanned, it only took off £1.49 which is how much the wipes were. Then it generated another £2.99 till split which when scanned took off £1.49 (the price of the wipes) then generated another till split and so on. :)
