A long post (from me in any case) but this is praying on my mind all evening so any opinions will be appreciated.

I would say leave it tbh it could turn out to e more hassle than it is worth, it was a genuine mistake on your part not like you intentionally went out to use the wrong coupons and well the sa should have read them so technically they were not doing their job correctly regardless of how many coupons you handed over.

Cancellation came about 2 hours after ordering. Refund will take 3 to 5 days. :mad: Should not have taken money to start with if no stock. Think some companies take money on dispatch like M & S but might be wrong.
