It annoys me how many disabled bays there are compared to parent and child!!

I think most shops have the right proportion of each, disabled bays are more of a 'priority' than parent and child spaces.

Evening. Been round 2 Mr T today - done well. Andrex, 2 sets wips, 2 more coupons to use.

Reloaded, dairylea, stain remover, lenor, etc.

Nutrigrain coupons from 1 T, not the other - so know where I'm going back to!!

Back from my local, none of the shine wipes available even though there were literally loads* left this afternoon. Guess most people have had a hunt for them since they were free, or a few savvy ones nabbed them all. Oh well. Hoping they'll restock them next week but, since there's none at the other local and these were reduced as it is, I'm not holding my breath.

*Loads: More than 10. So maybe not "loads" by other people's definition, but they seemed loads to me! :P ;)

Quite correctly too. Disabilty is not a lifestyle choice. I have no problem with parent and toddler spaces but I find it unfair to compare the two as being equal.

mr T has Princes juices at half price 79p - i bought a few today together with Andrex, so juice worked out a lot cheaper ;)

Yes I just mentioned in passing that after the sad demise of the APG glitch all we were short of was loo paper and juice and this kind lady came up with this suggestion and now we all have nice stockpiles of loo paper and facial wipes :T

And I was delighted to meet another friend of dear old Martin today ! Good to meet you Longships - I wish my DH would join in the jollys like yours but he insists on sitting out in the car .

Back in the good old R & R days I made him go into T's to collect an absolute certainty (6 boxes of Lindor). He could hardly fail considering there were at least 4 HUGE displays all with the reduced price on and I KNEW they would go through at full price cos I'd just bought one single pack. And you can guess what happened - he got told he was mistaken and slunk out of the store with a red face and 6 boxes of overpriced chocolates. He had more than a red face by the time I'd finished with him - and he's never recovered from the shock.

I am still yet to meet any Cornish elite. Hope to one day though. DH and I did 4 T's earlier, (No kleenex wipe thingies in one of them though - c@mborne if you're interested!) We were going through with 4 loo rolls and 4 wipes each in the end, no problems in Trur0, P00l or R3druth. (That is apart from lack of stock!!) We now have 24 packs of Andrex though, and 23 vouchers to use again tomorrow when they've restocked! :D:D

It so infuriates me when able bodied people park in disabled designated spaces as does people without children parking in mother and child spaces....just because they don't want to walk far...so lazy..:mad::mad:

This irritates me too. I have a blue badge (rheumatoid arthritis), but I have good days and bad days. If I don't need to be that close to the store, we don't park there. Some people will always abuse the system though. :(

i believe the parent and child spaces are more so the kids dont jump out swing the doors and bash the car next to them.
why they dont put them a bit further away is beyond me
