That would have meant you only spent £2.49 you needed to spend £2.99 to get it totally free. :)

Even though the SA manually entered the voucher amount at £1.49?
  • It is getting pretty bad now. I mean most of the vouchers are T's own vouchers but they seem to think everyone is a con artist  this was the very first voucher shop my sis had ever did so they were 100% genuine. Will wait to see what HO has to say about it.

That was exactly my problem - each and every one of the vouchers I had was Tescos own! They were either money off or extra cc points. I know that store won't take internet ones so none for beans or anything like that yet still problems. I couldn't be bothered phoning HO so I'll just leave that store alone except for bargains.

Back to catching up. So much quicker and stress free the last few days. I'm still hanging around if you guys will let me but OH needs some attention to make up for the APG glitch so can only jump in & out.

There would be a problem because your voucher was for £2.99 and your total was for less than this.

    Ahh, I see :o

Better luck next time I guess :D Still have two vouchers for wipes so will try again later :D

    Afternoon all

Just tried to do the loo roll at my local toscos and it didn't go according to plan

Bought 2 andrex 4pk gorg comf roll and got my 2 till spills
Then got my kleenex cleansing wipes scanned one through, then tried to scan a voucher. However it said "can not use coupon yet", so a SA came over and manually entered it but only put in a value of £1.49 (to cover cost of wipes) NOT £2.99 for value of coupon?

So I put the other pack of wipes back to come and check with the Elite experts ;)

Why did my coupon not scan, please? I was too chicken to say the voucher was valid for £2.99 when she could see they only cost £1.49

Any help, guidance would be much appreciated, TIA :D

Did you buy the wipes with it or the shine thingies? I'm buying the shine thingies (Thats what my vouchers are coming out for) and everytime it calls an SA but they just authorise it straight through for £2.99:)Sounds like you just got an on the ball SA.

It would work but I think the shine sheets would be hard to find in an express:(

My vouchers say Shine Absorbing Sheets but I got the Cleansing Wipes, as I read earlier that it worked for someone :D
