Did you press the coupon button on the SS screen? When it asks you what form of tender you are using (cash/card/coupon/giftcard/etc)

Sounds to me like you didn't if that's the message you are getting

If you had pressed that and then scanned it should have worked

Gutted to be missing out on this glitch:( not sure hubby would do coupon shopping as well as multiple shops. I'll sit back and watch you lovely people stock up on loo roll.

You get that message when you do not press finish and pay.

No, I didn't press a coupon button first :mad: I was trying to do it quickly so not to get noticed :rotfl: That will teach me.

That would have meant you only spent £2.49 you needed to spend £2.99 to get it totally free.
