Don't think this has been posted, and I hope this will be the first bargain I have found and posted, feels good to give something back.
4p - Tesco F&F Boys Sports Socks - All sizes
I was checking out grey ribbed, and noticed that the new stock are all fresh feel, so I thought I would try these to and there was new stock of fresh feel socks and BINGO 4p.
Tried out the black socks to on the same concept but they scanned at £4.00£2015 in 2015 (Although actual goal is £10 a day)0 -

What was your first 1p/4p find?
I managed to find the "Cheeky Monkey" car signs. My heart was pounding when I went through the self service tills. After the first time I was on a mission to get more. I managed to get the Thomas Cutlery sets, leaf trays, pants, pj bottoms, socks, princess xmas stockings and some liquor chocolates.
One time though I got stopped by the self service cashier. I had some pj bottoms and the Playboy boxers. The bottoms had the tag on so he had to come over and take it off. When he saw the screen he went crazy.
Wanted to know where I got them from and shouting how I was not able to buy them. I so wanted to just disappear. He grabbed all my stuff and took me to Customer Services. They went through the same stuff about where did I get them all from etc and how they could not sell it to me as it would be illegal. I just wanted to leave so was saying that i did not want to cause them any problem so I would just leave it all with them. The gentleman on customer services was really nice though and was phoning up to speak to management. He came off phone still saying how if I bought them it would be illegal but if I donated something to charity I could have them. There was no way I wanted to pay full price for them. I asked how much he wanted me to give and he said whatever. I offered £2 and he said that would be great. He bagged everything up and said how I could not return any of it as I was not getting a receipt. He was lovely. I left with over £25 of stuff for £2 so although it could have been mine for pennies I was a happy person.
Problem is you then get like addicted to the rush of these types of glitches. Have missed these types of buys until today when I found the toothpaste in A's.0 -

That's outrageous.
Great that you were willing to give £2 to charity but did you see them put it in a charity box?
I'd have been on to HO for sure if that happened to me
Imagine not getting a receipt for goods you had paid for and being told you had no right to return them. :eek:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

No, we were actually on the main grabbit board again
You know, that little glitch that happens sometimes and then redfox moves us back to comfyland
see i was thinking of the glitch that redfox has previously explained as:
"it's not a glitch because you are part of grabbit. If this thread has the most recent post then it appears under grabbit until another thread gets a more recent post" (or words to that effect)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
