It may be worth you doing a system restore on your computer to when it was last working for you unless you've already done that?
I think they will try and alter the system but don't know how. It could be difficult for them to say you can only print £100 per laptop as on the t & c it said something like if you didn't have access to facilities yourself, ask family/friends to print for you. So people will always say going over £100 as printing family members apgs!
