I have checked my spreadsheet and I have spent £188.47 of my own money and £39.12 of wombles

I have enough Aussie shampoo/conditioner for several years, enough cleaning products for a few years, baby items to make up 10 decent hampers as gifts, enough sprays and other hair products to make up 10 hampers for pressies.
I have given to charity 4 stacker boxes of batter mix/custard powder/ beans/herbs and enough mushy peas to cause a hole in the ozone layer

Henlans i have always been nice to you. I have never agreed with the stick you get. I thank you for what you contribute.

By suggesting they send me their debit card and pin, are you implying i am out to get people and steal from them?

Its a receipt at the end of the day. A receipt i do not physically have. I do not know their method of payment. Do you get that concerned about people who drop a receipt then someone wombles it?
    Didnt think so.

Please stop the silly comments like that. I can see why you irritate many others!
Henlans thanks for reading this, i shall await to be given the "ignore" button now im sure.

It's none of his business what other people do anyway. Don't worry about it, it was a bit below the belt that's all. If people want to send your their details, they will. End of. I for one am grateful

I reported the apg site last night as I have been unable to get any results since thursday.
My son who has a pc on the same router can look at my results when put in through his but not through mine, which I have been using for apg since the beginning.
He cleared everything last night, even went into java and cleared all history etc in that but now he thinks they are adding some sort of hidden marker to the individual users pc so we can't access the results after so many receipts.
My friend also looked at my results as he is new to the thread as is not yet blocked, any theories folks????? :(

I know new receipts are coming up as N/A or cheaper at asda, but what about ones already in the sytem?

I inputted mine last night, went to print, then my internet connection went and I couldn't get it back, so couldn't print it off. Don't know whether to try putting it in again to see if it comes up, or wait!

This happened to me as well. I inputted my receipt last night, but did not print the voucher off. I am wondering now if I have lost my voucher altogether ......
  • No use stressing and speculating, folks... We all know the game we were playing and the risk we took doing it.
If it's fixed (and it will be at some stage), it's fixed. Be it now or later, it's a hit we'll need to take at some stage. t3904.gif

As long as it's unopened and in-date. On one occasion I donated a bag full of sp hair gel and mushy peas...got some very puzzled looks from the shop assistant, but I'm sure they'll find someone who can use it. Ordinary charity shop, btw., I think it was BHF or Salvation Army.

"Out of interest, is anyone else keeping track of how much they are spending on this glitch? I ask as I did a few sums this evening and was surprised how much I have actually spent - what with starting off without an APG voucher for a few shops, messing a few up where items (or the whole shop due to messing up :o) didn't match, and the difference between the APG voucher and overall spend due to fillers etc. Even a few pounds each time mounts up and I find generally either I stick with the voucher value, but the next one is lower value, or I spend more than the voucher to get a higher APG next time, in which case I have spent more up front again.

When you consider some of this is stuff that I wouldn't normally buy (so variations on cleaning products, more exotic choice of cereals, more expensive toothpastes etc) and the amount of time/petrol etc, I am beginning to question how much I am actually saving :o. A bargain is only a bargain if it is something that you would normally buy but cheaper :A."

    Quote from last thread

A bit late now as we are what 5 or 6 weeks into this but I would thoroughly recommend everyone (especially newbies at this) keeps a spreadsheet / log of what they are spending - as you say all the 32p s and 80ps for the batteries plus the odd shop gone wrong it all adds up. It's very easy to convince yourself you've got a bargain and forget how much money you have spent chasing that bargain.

I have done all mine on a credit card so i have added it all up on there and it's a scary over £400 - BUT I do have a fair amount of APGs to cash in - plus i sold a few bits at the weekend ;)

I reckon my outlay over 5 weeks is about £50 - which is basically the cost of all the bread, milk, and normal shopping that I have done with the glitches - so basically all the rest was free !!:D

    new thread :T

not on this glitch, but I've decided to track how much I spend on food shopping at uni now :)
