Tenth Anniversary 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker
    Good night everyone.

Good to see so many peeps back posting on the thread again, but also feel it's sad, that they disappeared in the first place. I understand some had issues with the pace of the thread, the non supportiveness of some peeps, but the fact that this thread is back "on track" as some of you say, so quickly is testament to the thread remaining as it was, even whilst the APG was on.

To those that have recently read the last threads, hope you still find this a thread to stay with. Glitches come and go, but you are more than welcome to stay.

I for one, will miss Henlans comments and character coming through.

We are a very mixed bunch, and the thread is not anyones property, or exclusivity.

Lousy for wombling unless you attack the bins! The car park is so clean.

In the past have found the 4p socks, dressing gowns, boxers and the leisure wear, but it is a nightmare getting past the trouts. If they spot the 4p items they take them off you.:(:(

I haven't been there much recently due to better prices at A. but am going tomorrow for a bit of a browse.:)

Let me know if you find anything, funny I was going to say same about the trouts ,they are always watching people ,I don't even take a handbag in just a card in my pocket, feel uncomfortable.

Wow you know a lot for a poster of just 7 posts. Where have you been Liverpool Lad?

I dont tend to post on here just watch every now and again.

Too busy checking out the 12 thousand offers from Sainsburys Tescos and Waitrose on a Tuesday morning and then compiling my lists and shopping the rest of the week.

To be honest these threads are like a social network site at times with totally posts totally not related the moneysaving or making. Why dont these people chat their chat on facebook with each other. Then maybe it would not take so long for all of us to catch up a 1000 posts and siphen out the real deals and not miss them

    Whats the deal with HENLANS?

He goes to the Daily Mail and other National media gloating about how he made £8000+ worth of shopping out of the sada glitch which incidently I believe was the trigger to the end of the glitch as it provoked a response from Mr Foord the Chief Exec of Mysupermarket and Asda it also made many more people aware of the glitch who started doing it.

While HENLANS was helpful to us all in launching a website telling us all the products we could buy and which supermarkets they compared to this actually only saved us time as you can work out those details for yourself and infact he was also helping mysupermarket in identifying those products aswell all which now come up in the APG as N/A.

HENLANS wanted people to follow him on Twitter and #HENLANS is now gone as is his website HENLANS.CO.UK

He also had a go at a few people on here especially about reprinted APG's where the receipt was not marked by the SA saying it was against the APG T&C's and yet he had over £8000 worth of APG's in 4 weeks saying the £100 max per month didnt happen if you checked your receipts in on your iphone so he was infact breaking the T&CS himself getting APG's worth more than £100 a day.

I know the information he gave helped a few extra people out, be it for a short while anyway but I do strongly feel that had he not blabbered to the Media we would still be enjoying the glitch for a few more weeks so THANKS A LOT HENLANS!!!!!!!

To be honest I actually think he works in Info Tech maybe at Asda, Tesco Waitrose or even mysupermarket or maybe in the media (Grocer, Daily Mail etc)

I have been given a name for him from a trace on his IP for his yahoo and website but maybe its an alias

    Hi henlans

    Back so soon? :rotfl:

Because the only reason this thread is here is because of the chat and the sense of community. Deals are usually posted elsewhere, and this is a social network for us all, for deals, for support, to cry, to laugh, for ideas etc.

Without the chat, this thread does not exist, sorry!

I remember reading that a while back, made the mistake of telling DD about it. Next thing I knew she was making a beeline for the Basil, Oregano, Oregano and Basil :rotfl:

When I was young I spelt that word from Smarties lids. I thought it was hilarious ! :rotfl:Mum wasn't impressed though, we were at my posh aunts for tea at the time! :rotfl:

Mmm that is very interesting, where you keep all your bargains then? I hear that some people keep them in their loft, where you keep yours?
