Urgent advice needed!! Giving notice of marriage

Hi all, I'm new here.
Apologies if this covers ground previously already gone over but I can't find anything pertaining to the situation quite as it is for myself.
We are due to give notice of marriage on thursday afternoon and, as proof of address, I called up and ordered a paper statement from the bank (Natwest - groan).
It has arrived not as a formal statement but as a list of transactions between two dates.
It does have my address at the top but - annoyingly - the branch address is not my Leeds branch but my original branch in Stockport.
The only dates on the letter are the two dates of the period of transactions (which are within the last 3 months).
Is this document enough to provide legal proof of address when we give notice of marriage? I have no other utility bills as mobile phone/broadband bills are not accepted and the gas/water/electric/council tax is all in my partner's name.
I do have documents in my name pertaining to our tax credits but this is not listed as an accepted document anywhere that I can see.
Please, any help or advice about this would be wonderful as I am extremely concerned and stressed about this - if we don't give notice this week we lose our registry office booking.
Thanks in advance and again, sorry if this has been covered elsewhere.

The branch is irrelevant - does it have YOUR ADDRESS on it?0
-
Then I would suspect it would serve to prove your address - that's the bit they are interested in, not which branch it is, nor what the transactions are.
If it's on official headed paper ,and has your address, then that will serve their purposes no doubt.0 -
If it looks official and has your address on it should be ok, if its missing company logo or looks like a dodgy printout you might not be.
Don't you have a wage slip, p60 and aren't both of your names on council tax bill (mine is.)
PS when I gave notice last year it was 2 pieces of I'D with address on (im took bank statement and p60) and 1 photo I'D (passport driving licence) and your full birth certificate...but it might vary depending on where you live.0 -

We're in Leeds and I have been told simply proof of nationality/ID (passport) and proof of address (bill/council tax). They apparently don't accept driving licenses.
I also have the letter sent with my Barclaycard credit card which has my full address on it, but no statement for that account (havn't used it!). I will take this with me.
Do you think it's worth taking my payslip too then?0 -
And yes, it is on Natwest headed paper, but it is basically just a print out!0

Does your payslip show your address?0

Hope it all works out for you.
It would really be a good idea for you to put your name to one of the utilities, for future use. Are you not on the council tax letters? I always was, even when I was a student and therefore exempt (my husband was working and liable for the tax).0
