I've just bought something on Ebay that wasn't quite right, and have been offered a partial refund, which is fine, but the seller says that Ebay won't allow her to do it, and could she have my Paypal account name. Is this ok, and if so, is it just my name, which she already has anyway, as she posted the item to me?

She doesn't refund through ebay, but through paypal.
Anyway, to answer your question. Someone would only need your paypal email address to send you money (which they already have).0
