in Stoozing: free cash from credit cards
Hi,
I applied for PPI through the bank directly. I provided all my details; previous addresses etc and they said they cannot allocate my details. I then applied for a subsequent access request and sent my cheque along will every address I had and my d.o.b, they returned my cheque stating I didn't provide enough info again because I had no account number other than the last 4 digits. Does anyone have any ideas how I progress from here?

    How long ago did I apply or how long ago did I hold the accounts? I have applied within the last 8-10 weeks. The accounts were approx between 5-8 years ago

    A Claims Company doesn't do your research for you. If you have no information other than the last four digits then the Bank will answer in the same manner to the CMC as they did to you.
