Has the 16 years been continuous, for example, or have there been periods in France - most recently just before moving into the new rented accommodation?0 -

Thanks for that. I don't think it's an unfortunate term, it just sounded very vague to me. I assumed that terms like "EU citizen" or "non EU citizen" would be used, but I'm obviously wrong.0 -
