the PPC would hold the RK liable as the RK and the driver liable as being named by the RK.

I'm pretty sure that POFA doesn't provide for them both being liable, it has to be one or the other!
    Je suis Charlie.
  • I wonder if Perky has taken the trouble to inform all of his clients that he won't be able to provide the service they were expecting from him for a few months due to his suspension?

They may not know that their car parks are currently not being protected by the redhot legal porker, Perky of The Bailey.

Perhaps those that know where these clients are could save Perky the trouble and email his clients for him, it'll give him more time down the sign printers.

Why do you want to consistently persecute motorists? Go on tell us why?

How many times have you totally and utterly failed at trying to become a PCSO?

Why do you come on here and ask people on here whats the best way to extort motorists like you did the other night but you have now edited the post?

You deserve your station in life. I believe in Karma.

    I love this bit:

"much to the annoyance of various online anti-parking consumer forums who continue to supply worthless defences to assist people in avoiding payment – Combined Parking Solutions are pleased to have a 100% success rate in court actions where these defences have been submitted." , thats a bit of a porky as it was proved they lost a couple of cases and they didnt reply when asked about them. Perky telling a porky, well i never!!

He was obviously reading pepipoo as he says "It is also a criminal offence under Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006 (Fraud by misrepresentation) if a keeper dishonestly gives an incorrect name or address of a driver which is publishable by a term on upto 10yrs and a fine upon conviction upon indictment"- Again Perky has been spending to much time at Solihull law school

Cant or shouldnt his website be reported for misinformation then regarding court cases etc.
If i was unaware of this site etc i would look at his site having got a ticket and would pay up due to the information on display about all his sucesses in court.
The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.
We workers all love it and the ppc hate it :rotfl:

Perhaps his local Trading Standards should be alerted.
