These clowns have stole £9 from my daughters phone despite sending stop to them, she has never knowingly signed up to them yet after topping up today they stole another £9, i've emailed them and had no reply and can't get an answer from there helpline, i realise she will have to get a new sim card to stop this but how can they be allowed to get away with this, she's only 11 and although she doesn't go far but i like for her to keep in touch, this has got me spiting mad, is there anything i can do about it?

It's not a question of sending 'stop' to 81288, she should send the following exactly to 81288:

STOP FMVC

Capitals are important.

thanks for the reply,after i sent STOP last time they said it had been cancelled yet they still took more money, i'll just have to get her a new sim but it makes me mad they can get away with this
