These clowns have stole £9 from my daughters phone despite sending stop to them, she has never knowingly signed up to them yet after topping up today they stole another £9, i've emailed them and had no reply and can't get an answer from there helpline, i realise she will have to get a new sim card to stop this but how can they be allowed to get away with this, she's only 11 and although she doesn't go far but i like for her to keep in touch, this has got me spiting mad, is there anything i can do about it?

are you sure she never signed up? Could she have text for a ringtone or something and not realised that it's a subscription service?"Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

If the texts are coming from a short code (88888 etc) then you can get the details of who operates this service from the ICSTIS website:
You should be able to get an address and alternative phone number, so could try calling / writing asking them to stop sending them.
If your daughter has inadvertantly signed up to it, then it could be a bit more difficult and may depend on the cancellation rules but still won't hurt getting more info on the company at least.Little lady arrived 13/12/110 -
Thanks for the replys, its possible she may have signed up by mistake but even after i cancelled it and had a text from them to say her subscribtion was cancelled they still took her money when i topped it up, i spoke to them on the phone today but had no joy, i'm just going to cut my losses now and get her a new sim card, it just makes me mad how they can keep taking her money when i've asked them to stop.0
