I was in Scotland for a time and think the O/O system stinks. It is good for the seller when the market is good.

Don't think they're at that stage yet, unfortunately. Was wondering though if it would be ok etiquette to say to the estate agent that we liked it but it's not worth what they're asking (to us) but if they do reduce the price at some point to give us a call? Or is that a no-no?0
