Communist/ Russian games

Hi, I'm just setting up a Sony Vaio lappy for an Autistic man I know and I need to load it with games as he hasn't got internet .
He loves anything to do with Russia and Communism, so I am looking for downloadable games with that theme, preferably with the Commies being the hero's. He's a good gamer and can play Halo very well.
Does any one know any games that would fit the requirements please?
The specs are 1 gig of ram, 100gig HDD using WinXP (but has a sticker saying it can cope with Vista *shudder*)

Call of Duty and Call of Duty finest hour both have world war 2 Russian front missions. As does Battlefield 1942.0 -
Does he like complex strategy games? On Civilization he could play russia, and nuke bomb the f*ck out the yanks. III and pos IV should work fine0
