IVA & new business
Hi
We have been in an IVA with Payplan for 15 months and it is going well. I'm employed but my OH is self employed and his business is struggling. He wants to diversify by starting courier work but I am not sure if this would be allowed under the IVA. Anyone have any thoughts? We wouldn't be outlaying anything extra for the new venture. Thanks!

There is nothing to stop you or your partner taking on additional work but if you earn any money in addition to what was included in your IVA you must declare this to Payplan0
