Hi and welcome
You can help your friend to make a reclaim on mis sold PPI, below is the link to the complaint questionniare, and I'm sure there is somewhere for you to sign on the form on behalf of your friend, your friend will still have to sign as well.
Remember to keep a copy.
So basically, as long as there are reasons and there is an account number to apply to the complaint form, you do not need the paperwork, such as the agreement etc, that is matter of choice.
Reclaim questionnaire and further details below........

Hope this helps, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi , Thanks for the reply,
Can I able to do correspondence from my Home address ?
Please let me know
Thanks in advance0 -
The claim must be for your friends address, there is a space on the form as Di said, to enable your friend to put that you are acting for them, you can put your address where your friend has to give your details, I think the bank will send a copy of any response to the claim to both you and your friend.0
