My husband managed to accidentally cut through our phoneline yesterday at about 5pm. We lost our phone completely and had to get his mother to phone Virgin Media and explain that we needed our phone connected ASAP due to personal circumstances meaning I cannot be without my phoneline. Virgin Media called us on my husbands mobile and I spoke to Carmel and explained everything to her. We were connected within half an hour of us phoning. Wonderful service!

Ive dealt with Carmel before. She was ok. Got a better deal with Gary though when I called about the Sky suff.0
