Howto get cash out of CC for stooze

I used to stooze years ago when the idea first came up (back in the day when there was no balance transfer fees).
I since closed my Egg Money credit card when they moved over to Barclaycard.
I have a new Lloyds TSB Platinum CC 0% offer to use for stooze. It will be just less than £4k. I have 1 month to make the transfer.
I have no other credit cards to otherwise use the Balance Transfer for.
Other CCs I have:
Aqua
Capital One Visa cashback
Halifax Clarity
Virgin
Want to be careful with using the Virgin CC as a mule card - there's a new offer arriving on my account tomorrow which I want to take advantage of (long 0%, with less than £15k limit on that card).
One idea was to Balance Transfer Lloyds onto Virgin into positive balance and then do 1 large super balance transfer from Virgin to bank account. Will the transfer fee from Virgin be on the whole amount or just on the amount of credit?
How else can I get this £4k out of Lloyds TSB Platinum 0% to stick in high interest savings?
Many thanks all.

Looks like those days are over then?
Just been accepted for another 0% too. About £20k now available for 20months at 0% interest (and aggregate transfer fees of 2%), if I can get it out into a savings account!0 -
Sometime I transfer to another card so it has a positive balance. Then I ring that cards customer support and ask for return of the positive balance. Then after doing some checks, they transfer it to my linked bank account, free of charge.0
