Comment saying what your three favourite things on a plate are and why (like Hugh's new book, which focuses around having three primary ingredients in a dish). Best answer chosen as decided by blogger - NOT RANDOM.

I want anyone from anywhere that wants a chance to win this book to tell me in the comments what their favourite three things on a plate are and why; are they simply your favourite foods? Do they make you nostalgic? Bring you back to a certain special day in your life? Is the combination simply a well loved breakfast or is it a lingering memory of a first date? Tell me, what three things on a plate excite you? (The definition of three is as loose as Hugh’s – I just want the three central parts to your dish!)

I do not employ the use of rafflecoptors or random generators because I don’t find them fair really. All too often I see insincere and rushed answers to these online competitions win when others have poured their heart into their memory banks and written something quite exciting. So, yes, this may be a bit more old fashioned and high subjective for me to say ‘I will simply pick the person who’s answer interests me the most’ but, hey, this is my damn blog!
