Changing Domain Name Company

I've been hosting a personal website for two years on a free webserver, 000webhost. I bought the domain from CityCM in October 2010 and it's about to expire. I set the name servers to point to my space on 000Webhost. I've found this to be the cheapest option.
I would like to renew the domain for 10 years for £59 with City CM, the only problem is that City CM do not offer a customised email address without you also signing up for hosting which is paid for.
Do you have any advice on how to change domain hosting company in these circumstances and can you recommend anyone who could do this? It's a .org domain and the site gets about 30 hits a day if that makes any difference.
Thanks!

With the savings made on the 10 Years renewal, can you not then afford their e-mail hosting or web hosting?
NameCheap.com offer e-mail hosting for $2.99 (£1.84) per year whereby you can use your own existing domain name pointing to their servers. 3GB per year plus POP3/IMAP and SMTP access.
10 Years would be £22.08p
