Help with getting a Mortgage ?!?!

Options
Hi all,
I need a bit of advice as to why I may have been declined for a mothgage....

I have an experian score of 999
I have little borrowing (only upto £500)
I am shown on my credit file as being on the electorial role, but not all the details are complete? ie no date of moving into or name listed? It only has partial details.
I have a CCJ which is £2000 - settled - dated 10/05/2008

I was hoping to get on the 95% first buy scheme, I can easily afford the repayments. I need some help in finding my way onto the ladder!

Many thanks:T

There's a "999 and declined" thread on here.

I suspect the combination of 95% and the CCJ will put paid to any mortgage application you make until the CCJ falls off your credit file six years from the date it was registered.

It's not clear from the OP if 10/5/08 is the registration date or the satisfaction date. Presuming it's the former, you have until May 2014 to wait.
