Housing benifit PLEASE HELPPPPP

OK so i came out of work not long ago...i live in a privately rented flat. and when i applied for housing benefit, they ppl in the housing place put me on a 13 week protection scheme, so im into the 10th week and due my 10th week payment tomorrow 1st oct. which is £206.
on friday i received a benefit decision notice letter, change to liability saying your weekly entitlement is £55 a week and £158 and will be paid in 1st oct which is the same day i get the 13 protection money. so im confused but also very worried, that they have stopped the 13 week money early, and only giving me 158.
can someone help please and shed some light?

Your not getting an answer because payment dates don't really reflect the dates of your entitlement. I'm assuming the overlap is just an administrative issue rather than reducing your protected entitlement to less than 13 weeks. You should call them to clarify and if any problems post again.0
