TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All the Terms and Conditions must be agreed by ticking the boxes to enter the competition.

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. Open to all members of the public with the exception of employees (and their immediate families) of Urban Retreat, Harrods Limited, Maradiva and any related companies to the prize draw.
3. Prize consists of: 7 nights accommodation in a luxury suite villa, on a half-board basis.
4. Prize is subject to availability and will be valid for one year once the prize winner has been announced. The prize cannot be taken during Christmas and New Year high season and Easter 2013.
5. The winner is drawn at random, and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the result of the draw.
6. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other equivalent.
7. Prize draw closes at 8:00pm, 4th November 2012. The winner will be notified by post no later than 19th November 2012.
8. By entering the prize draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
9. Urban Retreat accepts no responsibility for entry forms lost or damaged.
10. Prize Draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

What a scam. Why do they make them checkboxes if they won't accept the entry without them being ticked?
