Eon refund

Regretfully, I closed my account with Eon on September 24. Never had any problems with them, excellent customer service etc. etc. Simply no attractive new deal to stay with them after many years.
My closed account was in credit. I have kept my bank details open for the time being in anticipation of the refund of my credit.
Could the Eon representative on this site advise when I can expect to receive my refund?
