PayPal bank withdrawal, Review?

I have today transferred £100 from my PayPal to my bank, I do this all the time without problem but today PayPal have not released the funds they are reviewing which could take up to 24 hours. Is there a reason they do this or is it just random checks? I am overdrawn so quite eager to get the money in my account :eek:
