How much should a wheel cost from the scrap yard????
I hit the kerb yesterday and unfortunately i totalled one of my tyres - including damaging the rim of the tyre. It was a nightmare - and totally my own fault i keep telling myself i was luckily only the wheel got damaged... sorry back to the question!
Had to get the aa man out as we couldnt get my spare unbolted - he suggested getting a new wheel from a scrap yard.
My questions is - i dont know how much it should cost!! The car is a N reg fiesta ....
I thought i would search through yell for a scrap car place - really i have no idea about things like this so am worried at being ripped off (as i was when i bought the car..... but thats another story entirely) i just dont want to make s expensive mistake - again!!!
Any advise very much appreciated.

For an alloy? Depends on rim size, condition, etc.
Though maybe worth looking on ebay and seeing what they go for:

for a wheel with a decent tyre i would pay about £5 to 8 in a scrap yard.
I used to never bother getting tyres replaced i used to just buy a new wheel with a decent tyre!!0
