Hotels4U (Booking problem)

Really upset. Have the money today to book my hotel in Rhodes and found it at a great price on Hotels4u as they have an extra 10% off during September , if you book b4 30th Sepetember 11:59pm. So I go to book just now go through the extra 10% off link and its not working, The extra 10% off is not being applied.

Even worse Hotels4u phone line are shut on a Sunday. I msg them on twitter and facebook but know I wont get a reply as its a Sunday. This is so unfair.

What should I do.
Book it at the higher price and call them tomorrow for the 10% refund??
Email them my booking today, and hope the apply the discount when they are back in office tomorrow??

Im so upset as the holiday is very tight and this hotel was great .

With the 10% off I should have got it for £495.67 , but today they are asking £544.11

Sorry for rant I'm just so upset.

Hi thanks for the replies. Im going from 10th October - 17th October. Two adults.
It was for a Deluxe Room ( Sea View) bed and breakfast.

Yes I called Travel Republic the next cheapest after Hotels4U. They said cause they could not see the reduced price online because the link obviously does not work they could not match that price. Also becuase it was a promotional code , they would not match.

Just called them , but will only offer £560, so more expensice than the current price on Hotels4U.

I have sent an email to Hotels4U with my requirements, and stated that the extra 10% off today was not not working. And would they apply the discount for me.
Just wish their phone lines where open on a Sunday

Hotels4u Good Prices but be careful if any problem no solution

I am travel three times with them without problem until the last time in September 2012: a hotel booked in Malta as well as the transfer to the hotel by car, not bus. The hotel was perfect.

For the transfer to go everything works as expected, and even with two hours later at 2 o'clock in the morning the car was waiting for us.

The return on the other hand instead of a car it was a bus: instead of 30 minutes to airport we need 90 minutes to arrive at the airpor; t time to make the tour of all the hotels and we had our plane narrowly.

Back in France I send a complaint to the transfer company by fax = > never reply.

I wrote about 7 e-mails to hotels4u.com: every time it tells me that my complaint is being processed but cannot go faster.

Now 4 and half months after I'm still no response on their part.

In conclusion the prices are perhaps interesting but it is better not have any problems because it is almost inevitable that it will not be successful solve. You can see. Personally my opinion is made.
