Don't want to post abroad but keep being asked. What am I doing wrong?

    I think best option is if I leave auctions as they are and add a note to contact me for international rate. Then, if anyone's particularly interested, they can email for a rate. I will block Russia and Italy though.

    That is probably the worst option as it means they can pay the UK postage rate which cause all sorts of problems. If you have the postage rate set, they cannot pay without the appropriate postage costs for their country being added.

    If for instance you chose to ship to Europe only that is a single extra box you need to fill in with one postage cost.

  • Well see now I am confused, because I don't know whether what restrictions I have set are actually stopping bidders from countries outside the UK from bidding or not. Which was, essentially, what I wanted.
    When there's a perfectly reasonable UK market for this stuff - and when I'm not a business out to make masses of money for it - I'm really just trying to keep it simple.
    At the same time, if someone from abroad wants it, yeah whatever.
