Mira Sprint Electric Shower help

It says in the instructions I need a 15mm compression fitting to connect the inlet to the water pipe. Does anyone point me to this fitting please, as on the B&Q website (for example) they have loads when searching "15mm compression fitting"
Thanks!!

it should be the same but i'm not sure what you mean by "coiled" normally you would use a 15mm compression elbow but the nut & olive will remain on the plastic inlet pipe on the old shower so will need a new nut & olive & just re-connect it to the elbow can you post a pic of what you are confused about.I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -

hi sorry for the confusion I couldn't think of the right word lol, by coiled i mean that the inlet in the old shower had a tip which was like this:
http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?um=1&hl=en&biw=1517&bih=714&tbm=isch&tbnid=m9heNdSGGgkKYM:&imgrefurl=https://www.tradingdepot.co.uk/DEF/Product/!!BG37489!!/g014007&docid=ms97uMJf01PxeM&imgurl=https://www.tradingdepot.co.uk/external/commerce/1/gfx/hires/BG37489.jpg&w=500&h=454&ei=jApoUMr-Muad0AX3r4GYAg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=194&vpy=325&dur=2420&hovh=213&hovw=235&tx=149&ty=137&sig=104351397987982606729&page=3&tbnh=152&tbnw=190&start=54&ndsp=29&ved=1t:429,r:22,s:54,i:317
(right hand side of the inlet) i.e. you could screw the nut in.
However the new one doesn't have an inlet which you screw like this:
http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?um=1&hl=en&biw=1517&bih=714&tbm=isch&tbnid=F-1rURbK8mKZFM:&imgrefurl=http://www.srpshowerparts.com/mira-inlet-connector-41647-326-p.asp&docid=MMjtmj_8XaO-DM&itg=1&imgurl=http://www.srpshowerparts.com/ekmps/shops/srptajtssltd/images/mira-inlet-connector-416.47-326-p.jpg&w=500&h=375&ei=-gpoUO29IqPR0QXst4DwBg&zoom=1&iact=rc&dur=310&sig=104351397987982606729&page=1&tbnh=170&tbnw=223&start=0&ndsp=22&ved=1t:429,r:0,s:0,i:68&tx=113&ty=119
(left hand side) i.e it's just like a normal pipe.
Hope this clarifies what I am trying to say. Could you please point me to the specific part I need, as there are a lot of different types of 15mm compression elbow.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes that is fine for a straight connection.
I think I know what you mean about your old one, and angled tap connector is what was probably on there http://www.screwfix.com/p/bent-tap-connector-15mm-x/28793 compression on one end and a threaded connector on the other ?You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -

YES! threaded lol that was the word i was looking for before! and yes it was like that before. thanks a lot for your help muckybutt!0 -
Just had a new Mira Sport installed to replace the old Mira one. Our plumber got round the change from feeding in the back to above the inlet by using flexible pipe.
But beware if you apply any pressure to the connection valve when you screw the shower to the wall - the inlet valve has a sensor lever on it which operates a microswitch on the circuit board. The two are not physically connected so any flex in the case can mean it moves and doesn't heat the water as the microswitch does not get operated so it doesn't believe the water is flowing!
Would show a pictuire if I could, but it's finally sorted and working so I don't want to disturb it.
Edit.
Just noticed you went from a Sport to a Sprint, so the above may not apply.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. So basically he bodged it then?
It was either that or run the pipe externally down the back of the wall - or do it properly and re-tile the bathroom wall. Bodge suited me and my budget!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
