account says order being processed. looked at my emails and its only just 24 hours since i placed the order so hopefully should hear in the morning.
there some great stuff on the website and some prices cheaper than pets at home, debating wheather to place another order as the oko cat litter is cheaper at zooplus and lasts ages and wanted to get one of the laser lights for parents kittens. i'm going to have 2 of my own very spoilt cats as usual - hopefully they will leave my furniture alone once they get the new scratch post as the old has been clawed down to the cardboard tube.

Just received my order... and the courier has had to take it straight back!! 2 bags of cat litter ripped with cat litter EVERYWHERE:mad:

It was packed awfully!! I have phoned and they are sending a replacement. Just hope the packer does a better job this time;)

I ordered last night and it says 'order sent' and I have had an email to confirm dispatch. I would maybe give them a call, maybe what you have ordered is oos?

I ordered the palm tree scratching post and some other bits to get it over the £30 for free delivery. Matt (my cat) loves his new post, he spent ages last night chasing his own tail round and round it.

Placed the order Wednesday last week, got the dispatched email on Friday and it arrived late yesterday by Home Delivery Network I think.

Not a bad reflection on zoo plus, but I've had my two deliveries and was very dissapointed.

The courier had left them in the back garden, without even putting a note through the door. The boxes got soaked through, and now some of the contents are damaged
