The 10% off first spend is automatically applied, is that one in your basket? If so underneath it says remove coupon, try that and add the other one. It is definitely still working.

hope you can use code on more than one order. just placed 4 orders. 1 for my cats, 1 for parents and a order for 2 friends. i offered to order it for them as i was logged in but thinking about it i wonder if they will let me have 4 orders on one account all delivered to same address. wishi had asked them to order their own now in case they dont send any.
