Argos Card (not CC) - Yes or No

Not wishing to be unkind but you cannot afford £500 to upgrade your daughter's bedroom (and Christmas round the corner).
Can you not explain and perhaps buy stuff bit by bit?

i was declined for the store card but offered te credit card which i didnt accept.....will this now show up as a decline on my creidt thing if i apply elsewhere?
Ive no defaults, i own 2 credit cards and my partner has a good salary.....go figure?
