claiming back after you've already claimed

Hi all,

Is it possible to claim back charges after you claimed first time round?

    You got lucky first time around as at that time the banks hadnt gone to court. Now, the court case has long gone and they won that. So, you wont get lucky this time.

    Currently, banks only consider incorrect application of charges, hardship cases and first time errors.

    Thanks for the reply. What I meant was for all charges that occurred after the first time I claimed. Can I claim on these?
