Is it against ebay rules to use someone elses photo?

I have an active listing for a pair of designer glasses and someone has used my photo to advertise theirs and then undercut me, is this against ebay rules, or just bad etiquette?

It's actually against copyright laws. You can report to EBay and they should remove it.

You'll need to give them your item number. It may be worth contacting live help to get it sorted quicker. They may ask you to contact the other seller but they're just being lazy if they do, so you can tell them you want them to do it.

Have they linked to the photo or copied it and used it for themself?

If they used your link, Change the photo.

People have changed them to rude ones or ones saying they are scammers
and not to buy.
