hi all my incapacity benefit ran out in may i phoned them up in march to ask for a renewal form only to be told that they will get in touch with me when they want me. today i got a letter from jobcentre to say notification of a visit here s what the rest of the letter says customer compliance saying notification of a visit we need to see you in order to discuss the benefit we are currently paying you. we need to ensure your payments are correct and it is essential that you are available to discuss the matter you should note that where there is doubt about wether the conditions for entitlement are met .we can suspend payment of your benefit

This is normal for a small number of claimants.
It is not part of the normal conversion process. You got 'lucky'.
Simply answer their questions as best you can.
You may wish to have someone with you for support, and/or to act as a witness.

Having just gone through the ESA nightmare, make sure you get sick note, and don't trust a word they tell you.

Thanxs did both of u get a letter the same as me cos i will be ringing her tomoz to find out wat it is about i move house tomorrow so need to tell her so

thanxs roger i havent done nothing wrong the only thing i can think of is they are just checking up on my incap benefit as it ran out in may n still paying it to me
