Looking for an old cartoon

Sorry, didn't know where to post this but I figured a lot of parents would use this forum.

I'm looking for a cartoon from around 15 years ago about a super hero cat with a purple cape and weird yellow eyes. Sorry about the vague description but I was only young when I watched it. I think it was on citv but could have been bbc.

I've googled everything I can think of but I have no idea what it was and it's driving me mad.

How about fantom cat? Ive been googlng and he doesnt have a purple cape but he has strange yellow eyes!!
