Make sure you rub the walls down first as you dont want any unsightly blemishes poking through. I always measure the wall I start at by offering up the roll of pape in a corner and then marking across the wall. This avoids having to put a tiny strip in at one end. Also a good plumb line to get the first bit straight and take your time.
