Dont bother.. It builds up a coating to fill worn out areas.
What happens when it builds up a coating on parts that are not worn?
It seizes. Many moons ago car mechanics magazine did an article and test on engine restore. Similar thing from the looks of it. Can of metal particles?
The test engine's oil pump seized. And the same thing happened to my BIL's car.
Change the oil more often with a decent quality oil.

reminds me of these fuel boosters that claim to "improve fuel efficiency" and "performance", i think it's called redex or something. Costs something like £8 a bottle, which you can spend and buy 6 litres of more fuel instead. So even if they did live up to their claim it wouldnt be anywhere near a boost or "efficiency" as 6 more litres would get you.
oh you got your mpg up by .5 did you? well i've used the money to buy 1.3 gallons more!0
