    Hi all
I seem to be using up my stock and not always replacing, I think because I'm not very organised. But it does still seem to be working as I haven't needed to do a 'big shop' for ages, I'm just filling in at Mr A. I do more looking for bargains and making my own from scratch too, so I'm saving money :)
Thanks Coxy for keeping the thread going :)

    Hi everyone,

Went to Co$tco on Monday but have only just organised what is for my shop.

Got loo roll, lucozade (DS1 takes one a day to school), fruit flakes, gum, pg tips, and paninis.

    Totals are now:
    Stock total: £235.45
    2nd purse: £23.07
    3rd purse: £152.71

Hoping to take the children shopping with 3rd purse to get some ski wear. Already have base layers for me, DH, DS1, so just the littlies to do. Plus we all need trousers and jackets bar DS1 who is borrowing some from a friend. We are going in February so still time to make a bit more towards it - every little helps :rotfl:

Gosh Coxy that sounds a big job getting ski wear for all of you! I've noticed Cotswold have a sale on at the moment, and you get a discount if you show a National Trust membership card - don't know if that helps at all but thought it worth mentioning.
I did my 1st 'big shop' for ages last night and it was still only £60 so this bulk buying lark is really helping me cut costs :)

    Hi everyone,

Thanks for the info about Cotswold rosyq - DH is a scout leader so we get a bit of a discount anyway. Thinking I will try TK Maxx too as I've heard they are fairly good for ski wear.

Settled up with 2nd purse today from my grocery budget. Total of £26.90 paid in which brings my balances to:

    2nd purse: £49.97/£50
    3rd purse: £152.71

How is everyone else getting on with their 'shops'? Do check in and let us know.

Not sure what the stock value is so will update that after Christmas and remember to write down what is in and probably more important - where on earth it is in the house!!!
